Welcome to WEDO. By using our app and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the application.
WEDO: Refers to the company operating the app and platform services, headquartered in Bahrain.
User/You: Any person who downloads, registers, or uses the WEDO app or services.
Services: Includes all home and facility maintenance services offered and booked through the app, such as cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and landscaping.
Service Provider: Refers to the independent contractors or third-party companies who execute the Services booked by the User via the WEDO platform.
You must be 18 years or older to use the app.
You agree to use the app and Services only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal or harmful activity.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering.
When creating an account, you are required to provide personal information such as name, phone number, email, and a verifiable physical address necessary for service fulfillment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or +973 17666066.
You may book Services available through the app from our Service Providers.
Service prices will be displayed in the app and may be updated from time to time. The price quoted includes the Service Provider’s fee, WEDO’s platform fee, and any applicable taxes.
Payments must be made at the time of booking or upon verifiable completion of the Service, as specified in the payment terms.
You may cancel bookings according to the specific cancellation policies provided in the app.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in line with our refund policy. You acknowledge that certain fees may be non-refundable if a cancellation occurs outside the permitted window.
Service Providers are Independent: You acknowledge that WEDO acts solely as a platform to connect Users with independent Service Providers. WEDO does not directly employ the Service Providers who execute the work.
Our Responsibility: We are committed to vetting and connecting you with high-quality, trained professionals. We are not liable for any direct or indirect property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from the performance of the Services by the Service Provider.
Platform Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the app will always be free of errors or interruptions but will strive to maintain continuity of service.
Claim Procedure: In the event of a dispute regarding service quality or damage, the User must contact WEDO customer support within 48 hours to initiate a formal resolution process.
All rights to the app and platform (including trademarks, logos, content, and designs) are owned by WEDO.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the app without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
