Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WEDO, we strive to provide the highest quality of services. This document serves as the official Refund & Cancellation Policy and is an integral part of the main WEDO Terms & Conditions. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Service Cancellations

  • You may cancel a booking directly through the WEDO app before the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee, which may cover administrative costs and service provider time lost.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • If a prepaid service is canceled within the eligible cancellation period (before 24 hours), you will receive a full refund.
  • If a service is canceled after the cancellation deadline, only partial refunds (if applicable) will be considered, and the cancellation fee will be deducted.
  • If the Service Provider fails to deliver the booked service due to reasons within WEDO’s control (e.g., booking error), you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Refunds are not available for completed services unless there is a proven issue with the quality of service delivered by the Service Provider.

3. Quality Disputes and Claims

  • Quality of Service Dispute: If you have an issue with the quality of the completed service, you must contact WEDO customer support within 48 hours of the service completion time to initiate the formal claim process as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. Claims made outside this 48-hour window may be rejected.
  • Any other disputes regarding refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original method of payment.
  • The refund amount will cover the service price less any non-refundable cancellation fees.
  • In cases where refunds are delayed due to banking or technical issues, WEDO will assist you in resolving the matter but cannot guarantee faster processing than the financial institutions allow.
