We offer a comprehensive range of home services, including:

  1. Download the WEDO app (available on iOS and Android).
  2. Select the required service category (e.g., “Plumbing”).
  3. Choose your preferred date, time, and location.
  4. Confirm the price and payment method.
  5. Receive instant confirmation of your booking and Service Provider details.

WEDO operates across all major governorates and districts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including Manama, Riffa, Muharraq, and Isa Town. Availability for specialized services may vary slightly by area.

Yes. You can book a service for immediate delivery (on-demand) or schedule it days or weeks in advance using the calendar feature within the app.

How does WEDO ensure the quality of Service Providers?

Every Service Provider on the WEDO platform undergoes a strict vetting process which includes:

  • Background checks and security clearance.

  • Verification of professional certifications and licenses.

  • Evaluation of experience and specialized training.

  • Continuous monitoring based on User ratings and reviews after every service.

We will review the matter and work to provide a satisfactory resolution, which may include a re-service or a credit/refund according to our policies.

All Service Providers on the WEDO platform are required to maintain the necessary insurance coverage as stipulated by our agreement to ensure protection against damages that may occur during the performance of the service.

What payment methods does WEDO accept?

We accept all major forms of digital payment, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other convenient mobile payment options available in Bahrain. Payment details are securely processed within the app.

Depending on the service type, payment may be processed:

  • Upon booking confirmation (for fixed-price or deposit required services).

  • Upon service completion (after you confirm satisfaction with the Service Provider).

You can cancel a booking via the app. Our policy is flexible, but cancellations made shortly before the scheduled time may incur a small cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

You can request account deletion at any time. Please send an email request from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will process the request in line with our Privacy Policy.
